  • It's sunny outside and that makes me happy:)

    And I feel good.

    Going into town with the bf today because his mum has come up to see him, but that means we are going for lunch, I'm going to just order a salad because it's a nice day I can get away with it:)

    Still have lots to clearing to do but I don't mind too much because it helps me keep active instead of just lying around watching tv.

    Anyho

  • I feel sick.

    Think I have drank too much in the last week. I have literally had at least four pints a day, everyday this week. Today I havn't and it's like one massive hangover. sucks.

    So last night we all went down to a field near by to have a bbq and a few drinks to celebrate the end of first year, it was good because I'm a vegetarian so I couldn't eat any of the food, so I was on a liquid dinner, which meant I ewas drunk after like an hour, but it was fun we played spin the bottle truth or dare and my dare was to flash the security man, I was drunk but today I guess it's highly embarrassing!!

    I have been cleaning out my drawes in my halls and I have found things I didn't want to find, like letters from my ex boyfriend that have made me sad. It's been a very nostalgic day, but I need to clear my room out. I'm going home:)

    B: Yoghurt fat free, low cal 50 and apple 50

    L: 2 quorn sausgaes 97, carrots 12

    Outake

    Cleared out my room, hopefully burnt some calories doing that, it sure felt like it.

    Going to cook myself a pizza now eat it and spit it all out.

    Gross right?

    I'm craving the taste, but refuse to have the calories.

  •  I can't seem to get lower then 112 it's really really fustrating!!

    The last couple of days I have been doing really well, not eating past 3, only having small portions, excersizing! I don't know what I'm doing wrong, hopefully the weight will start coming off soon, I feel smaller but the scale hasn't budged!

    Perhaps a helpful tip for those who don't like your period, I know I don't as it makes me feel bloated and then I binge. I went on the birth control pill a couple of years ago the one that you take for three weeks then have a seven day break for my period to come, then my dad had a heart attack (he is okay now) but when I went to pick up my next lot of pills from the doctor she wanted me to try a different pill, as the one I was on is dangerous if heart attacks is herridotory, it's a pill that you don't stop taking and you don't get periods, so you don't have a seven day break, it's perfectly safe as I was told by my doctor that to ensure that it works you have to constantly take it...so no periods. I have been on it for over a year now, and it's the best thing ever, I don't get my period so I don't get bloated and I don't binge once a month! the pill is called cerazette.

  •  Finally got down to 112lbs again.....

    Took me longer then I thought, I wish I hadn't binged last weekend or I could be down to like 110!

    Last night was wicked drank a bit too much but danced a lot so I guess that makes up for the weight loss.

    Anyho I told myself I would buy some new jeans of I go down to 112 so thats what I'm going to do today, I hope I have dropped a size...

    But we can't have everything all at once.

    D: Iced bun spat out 0

  • I survived my first year in fashion design whoop whoop now I have four months holiday!

    I still feel like crap but thats not going to stop me going out:)

    We are going to a rave so me and my friends are dressing up in pink leggings and head bands!!Should be fun!

    Going to have a quick nap then a bath and that should make me feel better!

    Late lunch at like 2.30 consisted of a few quorn chcken peices and mushrooms something around 90.
